Data from images
Images imported into HOQI are associated with your user account and may contain elements that indirectly identify individuals (e.g. personal belongings, environment).

- Provide HOQI features (home staging, retouching, image and video generation)
- Manage your user account
- Ensure proper technical operation (maintenance, security, debugging)
- Improve the user experience
- Manage payments and subscriptions
- Carry out marketing activities (where applicable)
4. Image processing by artificial intelligence
Images uploaded to HOQI are processed by artificial intelligence algorithms in order to:
- furnish spaces
- renovate or modify visual elements
- improve image quality
- generate visual content (images and videos)
HOQI commitments:
- ❌ Images are not used to train our artificial intelligence models
- ❌ They are neither resold nor exploited for external commercial purposes
- ✅ They may be used for demonstration or marketing purposes, unless the user requests otherwise
- ✅ They may be accessed in a controlled manner by HOQI teams for support and product improvement
Users remain responsible for the content they submit.
5. Registration and authentication
Access to HOQI may be obtained via:
- Creating a HOQI account: email, password, first name, last name and network.
- Sign-in via third-party services:
These services may collect certain data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
6. Payment
Payments are processed via secure third-party providers:
- Stripe (subscription via the website www.hoqi.app)
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
👉 HOQI does not store any banking data.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
HOQI uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Measure audience (Google Analytics)
- Track marketing performance (Meta Ads, Google Ads, RevenueCat)
- Improve the user experience
A cookie management banner allows users to configure their preferences.
8. Hosting and subprocessors
Data is hosted in Europe via:
- DigitalOcean (cloud infrastructure)
Other providers used:
- Google (Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication)
- Apple / Google (mobile distribution)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)

Some services used involve transfers of data outside the European Union (in particular to the United States).
HOQI ensures that these transfers are governed in accordance with the GDPR, in particular via:

- User accounts: 1 year after inactivity
- Images: 1 year maximum
- Technical logs: 1 year
- Marketing data: 1 year or until consent is withdrawn
Users may delete their data at any time via the “My Account” / “Privacy” / “Delete my account” tab.
