Use of HOQI implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.
HOQI is an application based on artificial intelligence technologies that enables in particular:
The service is primarily designed for real estate professionals, although it remains accessible to any user with the necessary legal capacity.
HOQI may evolve its features at any time without this constituting a material change to the contract.
Access to the services requires the creation of a user account.

Login credentials are strictly personal and confidential.
The User is solely responsible for any use of their account.
Each HOQI account is assigned to a single person.
A subscription entitles use of the service on:
Sharing credentials or simultaneous use by several people is strictly prohibited.
Additional licenses may be purchased to equip several users.
HOQI offers a 7-day free trial allowing the service to be tested under limited conditions, including:

Upon expiry, the account remains active but limited to read-only access.
HOQI offers two main plans:
Unlimited access to home staging features
Unlimited access to home staging and AI video features
Additional licenses:
Prices are exclusive of tax.
HOQI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Such changes apply only to new subscriptions.
Subscription to a plan is completed directly via the application or website.
Payments are made via secure third-party providers, including:
HOQI does not store any banking data.
Payment validation constitutes formation of the contract.
An invoice is automatically generated for each subscription.
All invoices are available via the website https://my.hoqi.app , “My account” tab.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when subscribing to paid HOQI services.
Subscriptions are taken out:
They are automatically renewed at the end of each period.
The User may cancel at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, without refund.
Unless required by law, no refund is provided.
However, HOQI may proceed with a refund or adjustment in the event of:
In the event of a significant service interruption, a goodwill gesture may be granted.
At the end of the subscription:
Data is retained for a maximum period of one year, unless deleted earlier.
The User undertakes to use HOQI in compliance with the law and these Terms.
It is strictly prohibited to:
Features described as “unlimited” must be used within a reasonable, non-industrial framework.
The User is solely responsible for the content they import into HOQI.
They guarantee that they hold all necessary rights.
It is prohibited to use HOQI to process or generate content that is:
HOQI and all of its components (software, AI, design, content) are protected by intellectual property law.
The User is granted a limited right of use.
They remain the owner of their source content.
Unless explicitly opposed, the User authorizes HOQI to use imported or generated content for communication and demonstration purposes.
This authorization is free, worldwide and non-exclusive.
HOQI uses all reasonable means to ensure service availability.
However, the service may be interrupted for:
No guarantee of continuous availability is provided.
HOQI may suspend or terminate an account in the event of:
HOQI is subject to an obligation of means.
Results generated by AI are provided for information purposes and must be validated by the User.
HOQI shall not be liable for indirect damages.
Liability is limited to the amount paid over the previous 12 months.
In the event of default in payment:
Data may be deleted at any time by the User.
Photos and renders may be deleted via the photo gallery. The entire account and associated data may be deleted via the “My Account” / “Privacy” tab.
Data is automatically deleted after one year of inactivity.
These Terms are governed by French law.
For professionals, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Paris.
If the User is a consumer:
As the service is accessible immediately, applicable legal rules apply according to the conditions of performance.

HOQI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
